But how do you take all of the individual pieces and turn the wedding of your dreams into a reality?
Our event-planning expertise, knowledge of the wedding business, and dedication to every detail allows us to provide the resources you need to plan and manage your special day. AER-Wedding Services understands that each wedding is a unique event and our mission is to help you create an experience that reflects who you are.
Upon contact, we will recommend the service options that will work for you. The followig pages contain descriptions which outline some of the many ways we can help you enjoy a stress-free engagement that culminates in a wedding day to remember for a lifetime.

For the couple planning a civil ceremony but looking for something special and unique, our Officiant Services package is for you.
AER-Wedding Services has the resources and expertise to guide you through the ceremony development process. We will work with you to create and deliver the ceremony of your dreams.
Ceremony Coordination
Are you having an off-site wedding ceremony-at the park, the beach or perhaps someone's home? Often times the logistics of off-site ceremonies are left to chance. AER-Wedding Services' Ceremony Coordination package will help ensure that your ehearsal and ceremony run smoothly. Choreographing your processional, setting up chairs, directing guests and passing out programs are just a few of the details that we can manage for you. Knowing that someone is managing your ceremony will give you the piece of mind to enjoy saying "I do."
Page 3 Event Day Management
For the couple who has planned everything and is ready to enjoy watching their plans come to fruition, we suggest our Event Day Management package.
AER-Wedding Services will implement all of your plans, and manage the details of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception so that you can enjoy your celebration.
This package can also be expanded to include consulting as needed for those who have not yet completed the planning process. Whether you still need to secure some vendors, or you need help choosing and managing your wedding rentals, AER-Wedding Services can help you put the finishing touches in place for your big day.
Page 4 Complete Wedding Planning
With our Complete Wedding Planning package, we will work with you to design, manage, and execute every aspect of your wedding from start to finish.
Throughout the planning process, AER-Wedding Services will be in constant communication with you and your vendors, providing on-going management of all the important details.
From etiquette and design consultation to tent rentals, we are there for you.

Wow - what a weekend! I have some more formal thank you's going out in a few days, but I wanted to take a moment to write you and thank you especially for all the hard work you put into making our wedding day so perfect. I know I cannot fit this all into a thank you card...
Derek and I felt surrounded with love and happiness of our family friends, and even all the vendors. It was a more amazing day than we could have ever imagined. We are still recovering (we both got sick we must have expended so much energy!), but we are still reveling in the excitement and happiness of that day.
You were amazing. AMAZING. Between a ceremony that was so beautiful, coordinating our timeline and events to the T, and generally keeping everything in line and organized I cannot thank you enough for the effort and thoughtfulness you applied towards our wedding. We were able to relax and enjoy every second of the day without having to even put an ounce of thought into whether things were getting set up/prepared/organized/cleaned up. I will absolutely recommend you to anyone I know that is getting married or has an event they would like someone to help coordinate!

Andrea/AER-Wedding Services helped us achieve the perfect wedding. We are from New Jersey and finding someone like Andrea was a blessing.
We contacted Andrea only one month prior to our wedding. Andrea helped us find flowers, a baker for our wedding cake, a photographer, a limo company and even visited several restaurants in the area to find us the best meal and the most romantic setting for our wedding dinner.
All of the vendors she recommended were great. The photographer was pleasant and helpful. As I mentioned, the cake was exquisite and perfect. We were more than satisfied.
Andrea is very personable which made Gary and I comfortable right from the start. We couldn't have asked for anything more. Andrea also took calls from our friends that wanted to do something special for us. She went out of her way to make sure the gifts were in our room and at the restaurant without ever telling us. She is a very special person.
From the first phone call to our leaving in the limo that Andrea found for us, it truly was a wonderful event.

Both my husband and I have said on many occasions, The best decision we made about our wedding was hiring Andrea to coordinate. Not only was she an incredible wealth of information but she was a joy to work with.
My husband and I live in Chicago, IL and our wedding was held in Portsmouth, NH. Planning a long distance wedding is often stressful and a potential logistics nightmare. Andrea handled everything, from making sure we had a fun and productive Rehearsal Dinner to corralling two big Irish families for one giant group photo on the day of the wedding.
Andrea's ideas during the planning sessions were more than I could ever have thought of on my own. The suggestions she made come from extensive experience and a true desire to make every wedding she works unique and special for the bride and groom.

As soon as David and I first met with Andrea there was no doubt that she was the person we wanted to marry us! We loved the way she offered sample readings, vows, and ceremonies for us to choose from and we were able to take pieces of each one and combine them to form what was perfect for us.

Andrea Ryan came recommended by the venue where we were married. We called Andrea and she came to our rescue.
