For the couple planning a civil ceremony but looking for something special and unique, our Officiant Services package is for you. AER-Wedding Services has the resources and expertise to guide you through the ceremony development process. We will work with you to create and deliver the ceremony of your dreams.


Ceremony Coordination
Are you having an off-site wedding ceremony-at the park, the beach or perhaps someone's home? Often times the logistics of off-site ceremonies are left to chance. AER-Wedding Services' Ceremony Coordination package will help ensure that your rehearsal and ceremony run smoothly. Choreographing your processional, setting up chairs, directing guests and passing out programs are just a few of the details that we can manage for you. Knowing that someone is managing your ceremony will give you the piece of mind to enjoy saying "I do."


Event Day Direction
For the couple who has planned everything and is ready to enjoy watching their plans come to fruition, we suggest our Event Day Direction package. AER-Wedding Services will implement all of your plans, and manage the details of your rehearsal, ceremony and reception so that you can enjoy your celebration.

This package can also be expanded to include consulting as needed for those who have not yet completed the planning process. Whether you still need to secure some vendors, or you need help choosing and managing your wedding rentals, AER-Wedding Services can help you put the finishing touches in place for your big day.


Planning and Coordination
With our Planning and Coordination package, we will work with you to design, manage, and execute every aspect of your wedding from start to finish. Throughout the planning process, AER-Wedding Services will be in constant communication with you and your vendors, providing on-going management of all the important details. From etiquette and design consultation to tent rentals, we are there for you.
